About the Firm

M/s. K. Prahlada Rao & Co., a partnership firm of Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad has been in existence since 1980 and was started by Mr. K. Prahlada Rao. The firm has been providing services such as Audit, Tax Consultancy, Business planning, preparation of Project Reports, Financial syndication, Corporate Secretarial Services, Concurrent & Internal Audits, Systems Audits, Computerized billing and MIS works etc to its clients. The list of clients includes Corporate & Non-corporate organizations in various segments of industries. Detailed versions of service provided are given in detail hereunder. We are registered, apart from the ICAI, with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India & Reserve Bank of India. The firm has been conducting statutory Audits of various Public Sector Undertakings, Branch Audits of Nationalized Banks, Internal Audits of Public and Private enterprises apart from several Tax Audits of non-corporate clients. We have excellent wings for tax consultancy(both for Direct & Indirect Taxes), Company Law matters and to attend to preparing computerized billings and MIS for State Electricity Department and Hyderabad Metro Water Supply & Sewerage Board.
